Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At oath co., we create clean, premium skincare using deeply nourishing, natural ingredients. We want you to love your skin repair routine. If a product isn't working out for you, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

How It Works:

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the day your package arrives to request a return or exchange.
• Usage: We understand you need to try the product to know if it works for your skin! We accept returns on gently used items (meaning the jar, pouch, or tube is more than half full).
• Exclusions: Due to hygiene standards, our return policy applies to your first purchase of a specific product. We cannot accept returns on completely empty jars or bulk/ sale items.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email our team at hello@oathco.com.au with your order number and a quick note about why the product didn't suit your skin. (We love feedback so win can keep improving our formulas!)

1. Pack your item safely back into a shipping box.
2. Send the item back to our studio. Please note: The customer covers the return shipping costs to our Australian facility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund. Your money will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay) within 5-10 business days.
