Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to creators who join the OATH CO Affiliate Program. By using your affiliate code, you agree to them.

1. About the program

OATH CO (oathco.com.au) gives approved creators a personal code. When your audience shops with it, they receive a perk and you earn commission. The program is separate from our gifted creator collaborations.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older and live in Australia.
  • Joining is by invitation, and we may decline or end any affiliation at our discretion.

3. Commission

  • You earn 10% of the product price paid on qualifying orders, after discounts and excluding GST and shipping.
  • A qualifying order is one placed on oathco.com.au using your code, then paid, shipped and not refunded.
  • Commission applies to products already on sale.

4. Customer offer

Customers who use your code receive a complimentary 10ml balm with their order. The code may not combine with some other offers; checkout shows the final price.

5. Tracking

  • Sales are tracked only through your unique code.
  • If a customer forgets the code, we can't add it to their order afterwards.

6. Payment

  • Commission is paid monthly by bank transfer, once your balance reaches $20 AUD.
  • Each month we pay for orders that have passed our 30-day refund window.
  • A balance under the minimum carries over to the next month.

7. Refunds and cancellations

No commission is paid on orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned. If commission was already paid, we deduct it from your next payment.

8. Disclosure

  • Label any post that shares your code as #ad or #affiliate.
  • If the product was also gifted, say so too (for example #gifted #ad).
  • Disclosures must be clear and easy to see, not buried at the end of the caption or in comments.
  • In Stories, add "Ad" as text on every frame that shows your code.

9. Product claims

OATH CO products are cosmetics. Please share your honest, personal experience only.

  • Don't say a product treats, heals, cures, relieves or prevents any skin condition, including eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, rashes or burns.
  • Don't describe results as medical, or make claims about babies' or children's health.
  • Talk about how skin looks and feels, for example "my skin feels softer" or "it looks less dry".
  • Don't make claims about ingredients, safety or allergens beyond what's on our website.

We may ask you to edit or remove content that doesn't follow these rules.

10. Using your code properly

  • Don't use your own code on your own orders.
  • Don't post your code on coupon or deal websites.
  • Don't run paid ads, including search ads on "OATH CO" or "oathco", without our written permission.
  • Don't present yourself as OATH CO staff, or create accounts or pages that look like ours.

We may withhold commission on orders that break these rules.

11. Tax

  • Please provide your ABN before your first payment.
  • You are responsible for your own tax on commission you earn.
  • If you don't have an ABN, contact us before your first payment.

12. Ending the program

Either of us can end your affiliation at any time by message or email. We'll pay any commission already earned, except on orders that break these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, including the commission rate. We'll give you at least 14 days' notice of changes by message or email.
