Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Our balms are made with tallow, which is naturally sensitive to heat, so we keep the shipping window short at the start of each week to minimise the time your order spends in transit.

Standard Shipping
3–7 business days. Free on orders over $100.

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

A Note on Our Balms
Because our balms are made with tallow and botanical butters rather than synthetic stabilisers, their texture responds naturally to temperature. They may soften in hot weather and firm up again in cooler conditions — this is completely normal and doesn’t affect the formula. If a balm arrives softened, let it rest at room temperature, or briefly in the fridge, to firm back up.

We ship to selected countries across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Shipping rates, estimated delivery timeframes, and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue wherever possible.
