How do I choose the right collection?

Can I use more than one collection?

Yes. Many people use different collections for different areas of the body or as their skin changes through seasons and life stages.

What's the difference between an oil and a balm?

Oils provide lightweight nourishment with a silky finish. Balms provide richer nourishment for skin needing additional comfort. Both can be used together.

Can I use an oil and a balm together?

Yes. Apply the oil first, followed by the balm if your skin would benefit from richer nourishment. They can also be used independently.

Who are Oath Co products suitable for?

Our formulations are developed with sensitive skin in mind. Every formula is fragrance-free, essential oil-free, and built around one clear purpose. We recommend patch testing before first use.

Should I patch test first?

Yes. Apply a small amount to the inner arm and wait 24 hours before use, particularly if you have very sensitive or reactive skin.

Are your products suitable for babies?

Our Halo collection is created specifically for babies, children, and everyday family care. If you have concerns about your child's skin, consult your healthcare professional before use.

Are your products suitable during pregnancy?

Our Arc collection is designed to support skin throughout pregnancy and postpartum. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing any new skincare products.

Why are Oath Co products fragrance-free?

We formulate without added fragrance so the natural qualities and textures of each formula remain the focus. All Oath Co products are also free from essential oils.

Are Oath Co products vegan?

No. Some Oath Co formulations contain responsibly sourced tallow and beeswax. We choose every ingredient for its purpose, performance, and compatibility with the skin.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia and South Korea. Shipping rates, estimated delivery timeframes, and available options are displayed at checkout.

Do international orders incur customs or import fees?

Yes. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Always replace the lid or cap securely after use.

How long do your products last?

Please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the product packaging. Use each product within the recommended timeframe after opening.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details at Returns & Exchanges.

What if my product arrives damaged?
