Yes. Many people use different collections for different areas of the body or as their skin changes through seasons and life stages.

Oils provide lightweight nourishment with a silky finish. Balms provide richer nourishment for skin needing additional comfort. Both can be used together.

Yes. Apply the oil first, followed by the balm if your skin would benefit from richer nourishment. They can also be used independently.

We publish every ingredient and explain what each one does. We keep our exact percentages in-house — that precise blend is the formulation we've spent time getting right. What we can tell you: our formulas contain no water and no fillers, and ingredients present at 1% or more are listed in descending order of concentration, so you can see which ingredients form the foundation of each formula.

Many skincare products are mostly water. Ours contain none — every ingredient is a botanical oil, a skin-compatible lipid or a functional ingredient chosen for the finished formula. Nothing is there simply to dilute or bulk it out.

Everyone, from babies to adults. Every Oath Co formula is fragrance-free, essential oil-free and developed with sensitive skin in mind — gentle enough for the whole family. We recommend a patch test before first use.

Yes. Apply a small amount to the inner arm and wait 24 hours before use, particularly if you have very sensitive or reactive skin.

Our Halo collection is created specifically for babies, children, and everyday family care, and Ember is made for delicate skin at any age. If you have concerns about your child's skin, consult your healthcare professional before use.

Our formulas are made for delicate, easily irritated skin — fragrance-free and free from common irritants such as essential oils. Every skin is different, so we recommend a patch test before first use, and speaking with your healthcare professional if you or your child has a diagnosed skin condition or specific concern.

Our Arc collection is designed to support skin throughout pregnancy and postpartum. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing any new skincare products.

Yes. Arc contains sweet almond oil, which is derived from a tree nut. If you have a nut allergy, we recommend avoiding Arc or speaking with your healthcare professional before use.

Yes. Ember is built around oat oil, and Arc contains it too. Oat oil is a lipid extract rather than a protein-based ingredient, but if you have an oat or gluten sensitivity we recommend patch testing first, or speaking with your healthcare professional before use.

Fragrance and essential oils are among the most common causes of skin irritation, especially for babies and sensitive skin. We leave them out entirely, so skin stays calm and the natural qualities of each formula remain the focus.

No. Some Oath Co formulations contain responsibly sourced tallow. We choose every ingredient for its purpose, performance, and compatibility with the skin.

Yes. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only, to minimise time in transit for our heat-sensitive balms. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within Australia.
