Returns, made clear.

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Email hello@oathco.com.au with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the reasonable cost of return shipping where required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@oathco.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees provided by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
