Shipping & Delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia and South Korea. Shipping rates, estimated delivery timeframes, and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has been collected by the shipping carrier.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs processing, or periods of high demand. Once your order has been collected by the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update your shipping details. Oath Co is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your parcel has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help investigate and resolve the issue wherever possible.
