What simple skincare actually does

Most skin concerns — dryness, sensitivity, congestion, dullness — respond well to this approach. A compromised barrier is a common factor in many skin conditions. Simplifying a routine, removing products that disrupt, and introducing consistent nourishment often produces better results than layering more actives.
Simple doesn’t mean passive
There’s a difference between a simple routine and an inattentive one. A small number of well-formulated products, used consistently, can do more for the skin than a complex routine applied inconsistently.
The goal is not fewer products for the sake of it. It’s fewer products because each one earns its place.
