Creator Content Terms

These terms apply to creators who join an OATH CO gifted UGC collaboration. By replying "I agree", you agree to them.

1. How the collaboration works

  • Choose your product: pick a product from our range at oathco.com.au, and we'll send it to you for free.
  • Create a video: if the product feels right for you, we'd love one short video (approximately 15–45 seconds) sharing your honest experience in your own style. No script required.
  • No pressure to post: you don't need to post the video on your own social media. We'd simply love to feature it on OATH CO's website and organic social media channels, with credit to you.

2. Your honest experience

Your honest experience matters to us. If you try the product and feel it's not the right fit for you, there's no obligation to create a video. We'd rather you be honest with us than feel pressured to share something that doesn't reflect your experience.

3. Video delivery

Take your time getting to know the product and creating a video that feels natural to you. There's no strict deadline, but we'd appreciate it if you could keep us updated on your plans for the video.

If you create a video, we'd appreciate receiving the original, unwatermarked file. You can email it to hello.oathco@gmail.com or share a Google Drive or WeTransfer link.

4. What to say in your video

OATH CO products are cosmetics. Please share how the product looks, feels and fits into your routine, for example "my skin feels softer". Please don't say a product treats, heals, cures or relieves any skin condition, including eczema, dermatitis, acne or rashes. If you post the video yourself, please tag @oathco.au and mark it as #gifted.

5. Content usage

We'd love your permission to feature your video on our website, including our homepage and product pages, and on our organic social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

This permission is ongoing, with no fixed expiry date, so we can continue sharing your content while it remains relevant to our brand. We'll always credit you when featuring your video.

6. Your content, your rights

You retain ownership of your original content. You can ask us to stop using your video at any time, and we'll stop future use and remove it from channels we control within a reasonable period.

7. Paid advertising

These terms cover our website and organic social media only, not paid advertising. If we'd ever like to use your content in paid ads, we'll contact you separately to discuss permission and any applicable terms.

8. Affiliate program (optional)

Joining our affiliate program is completely optional and isn't a condition of this collaboration. You can read the affiliate terms here.
